THIS VACATION RENTAL MARKETING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is by and between StoneRiverPartners, LLC a Tennessee limited liability corporation, DBA Market My Cabin, with principal offices at 10201 Meadow Ridges Lane, Knoxville, TN 37922 ("Market My Cabin") and the individual submitting the Market My Cabin signup form online ("Customer") and is entered into as of the day the signup form is submitted online (the "Effective Date").

1. Services
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Market My Cabin will define and execute a personalized marketing plan on behalf of the vacation rental property ("Property") designated by the Customer. The marketing plan may be modified or changed at the sole discretion of Market My Cabin, but will include the following:

• A personalized web page and Internet Domain dedicated to the Property
• Listing of the Property on category-specific websites owned and operated by Market My Cabin
• Internet-based Advertising for the Property
• Classified listings for the Property

2. Fees and Payment
Customer agrees to make a monthly payment equal to the average of one night’s rental fee for the Customer’s vacation rental. Payment will be made by credit card on the first of every month for the following month.

3. Ownership
Market My Cabin does grant to Customer any rights in or to any intellectual property related to the Services or to any materials furnished hereunder. All websites, domains, marketing plans, supporting software, documentation, advertising campaigns and other components ("Assets") of the Service are proprietary to Market My Cabin and Market My Cabin retains all right, title and interest in and to such Assets.

4. Warranty
Market My Cabin makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding rental results or occupancy rates achieved through the Service. Customer acknowledges that Market My Cabin has no financial obligation to Customer as part of performing the Service and that he or she can cancel the Service at any time subject to the terms of the Termination clause below.

5. Termination
Customer has the right to cancel the Service at any time. Market My Cabin will cancel the Service and will cease billing as of the first of the following month. Market My Cabin will not refund or pro-rate Service fees for the current month.

6. Acknowledgement
The Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement, and authorizes Market My Cabin to charge the credit card listed above an amount equal to the Average Nightly Rental Fee once a month for the Services.
